Nature

The hotel is very well located. It has beautiful mountain views, friendly staff. It is ideal for rest, reading, walking. Rooms always clean. They have a breakfast with menu of options that changes every day, very good the bread they serve. I would come back without hesitation.

I wouldn't come back. In pictures it looks better than it is.

The hotel is generally "fine". On the direct attention side of the staff, I would say it is good as there does seem to be a genuine desire for the guest to have a pleasant stay. They helped us with breakfasts at times outside the regular attention and accommodated modifications. The food is good.
The bad thing is the problem with showers and hot water. The mixer is not working properly and it is difficult to find an acceptable temperature. Shower chugs water everywhere but where it should. The lobby room closes very early and there are no more meeting points with friends.

Peace, nature and landscapes

The hotel is beautiful, located in Carhuaz 30 minutes from Huaraz., and 6 minutes from the Plaza de Armas de Carhuas. With a magnificent view of the snowy.
In the hotel you breathe peace and quiet, this time we stayed in a room overlooking the biogarden and the snowy Copa and Vallunaraju.
It has access to the river and games for children. Lots of green areas for the kids to run, a total disconnect.
The attention from the staff was first , from the beginning they show you a smile, special thanks to Erick , the manager (I don't remember her name) and one more lady (I don't remember her name either) super friendly all and welcome you warmly.
Points for improvement
the mattress I feel a little hard
- their restaurant is very good, but ideally they have more variety in the menu of children, including legumes or menestras, more prepared with vegetables.
Overall we had an amazing time and it is a place to recommend full. We loved it.

A very nice place in a perfect location.

The site is very beautiful, with views of the snow-capped mountains. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable.
The staff's attention is extraordinary and the restaurant is top-notch.
Our stay was one week and we had a spectacular time.

Property is located outside of the city in a beautiful spot around the mountains with a great garden. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.
