Always Excellent Service

This was my second stay here. I also visited last year. Both occasions were excellent in every way. The service from employees in all departments was perfect. A special thanks to Jhon at reception and Jennifer, who previously was a member of the housekeeping staff but now also serves and acts as a general concierge. Jhon was instrumental in arranging a personalized tour to the Lagoons of Marascon for me since I was overcoming a mild illness and felt I wouldn't be able to keep up with a group tour.

Very Good place safe and clean!

Rooms are clean and well keep. Look in room a bit cumbersome but manageable. People and very friendly but a bit to quiet. (Typical of the region) make sure you are clear in your request, like what type of breakfast you eat or can’t, how you like your coffee etc. It just takes some time to get to know how people are in general. Other than that I would stay in this place again because the service was very good and accommodating.

Comfortable, safe, clean, quiet

Very good service, clean, quiet, safe, very good location near the center of Chiclayo, and restaurants and shopping centers. Highly recommended both with family and for business, the breakfast is very good, quite balanced. It has an elevator and restaurant

Este hotel me encanta super limpio , la gente super pero super amable, super comodo , esta en el centro d ela ciudad y puedes movilizarte facil desde ahi!!!! Siempre que vengo a chiclayo escogo venir a este hotel porque es lo mejor!!! No dudes en rentarlo no te vas arrepentir.... gracias casa patrones por tu buen servicio
