Acogedor

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Aunque en estos momentos hay trabajos exteriores que tienen cerradas varias calles. Se tiene cerca, restaurantes (cafes, pizzas) farmacias, tiendas y la plaza de armas.
La habitación familiar que nos dieron, fue correcta y con espacio en los closets para guardar mínimo 3 maletas grandes. Además de ver que son habitaciones que han sido remodeladas. El baño con una ducha grande, y con lo minimo indispensable (champú y jabón, toallas limpias y piso de baño). Solo no cuentan con secadora de cabello.
El desayuno estuvo incluido (jugo, cafe, panes, huevo frito)

Te sientes como en casa

Pedí una habitación matrimonial y era bien espaciosa. Todo muy limpio. Lo que más me gustó es que los acabados son modernos y con buen gusto. Los colores claros hacen que la estadía sea cálida. Buena conexión a internet. Cable Directv con muchos canales. Lunas antiruido. Su ubicación es muy buena porque está a pocas cuadras de la plaza central.

Buen trato

El hotel es nuevo y moderno, esta cerca a la plaza,las habitaciones son muy bonitas y espaciosas. Lo que deberían implementar es el restaurante, aveces estaba muy atareada,pedía delivery, pero no es igual que pedir en el mismo hotel. Pero igual fue muy grata la estadía,me quedé 10 días, lo que si sugeriría variar un poco el desayuno,para los que nos quedamos por una temporada un poco larga.

Excelente hotel seguro y de precio competitivo

Es un hotel moderno, recién reformado, todo muy limpio. Materiales modernos y bien diseñado. Cómodo y bien climatizado. Las instalaciones son excelentes y la limpieza impecable. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores. También su localización, en la avenida principal a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza de Armas y la Catedral. La relación calidad precio es excepcional para un europeo. El único fallo es la red wifi. A mí solo me funcionaba en el baño y en la cafetería. En el resto de la habitación imposible conectar. Es algo que deben resolver.

Servicio excelente y muy amables

Estoy muy agradecida con el personal del hotel. Siempre muy amables y atentos ante cualquier inquietud. Me voy satisfecha con su servicio y muy contenta de haber elegido este hotel. Está ubicado en el centro financiero de Chiclayo, una zona muy segura y concurrida, cerca a todo. El servicio es excelente,las habitaciones impecables y muy moderno. Ofrecen desayuno y también tiene ascensor. 100% recomendado
