excelente

Buen hotel hay buena atención y el personal es amble, habitaciones bonitas y limpias el desayuno es continental (café, jugo de papaya, pan con huevo, infusiones, mantequilla y mermeladas) buenísimo, me quede 5 noche y cada día me cambiaron las toallas excelente atención.Queda a unos 10 minutos (auto) del aeropuerto. Así también se encuentra a 10 minutos (auto) de la plaza principal (main square) y a 2 1/2 cuadras del real plaza. viaje a Machu Picchu y me guardaron mis maletas en el hotel hasta que vuelva sin ningún inconveniente y no me cobraron, les recomiendo visitar este hotel en muy bueno y económico.

Muy mala experiencia

Pésimo servicio del hotel y mala disposición del personal.
Mala limpieza en las habitaciones, no hacían las camas, solo las estiraban y cuando uno iba a pedir alguna toalla porque solo dejaban una, para dos personas, te miraban mal y te la pasaban a regañadientes.
Baños en mal estado, con la tapa del wc rotas, entre otros

me dieron una habitacion matrimonial ,me parecio bastante comodo el precio al rededor de 30 dolares me dieron desayuno jugos infusiones incluyendo huevos la habitacion amplia y limpia, estuvo bueno el internet y la tele grande como de 40 pulgas,
el hotel cerca a una cevicheria buena , el mol de real plaza , cerca al centro, el taxi es relativamene barato 3.5 a 4 soles a cualquiier punto

Deficiente atención

El hotel está relativamente bien ubicado, ni tan cerca ni tan lejos del centro de la ciudad, las habitaciones son amplias demasiado para el tamaño de televisión que colocan, colchón más duro de lo normal y la atención es sumamente deficiente, el desayuno solo sirven de 7 a 8 am, y el check out es máximo es hasta las 10:00 am.
