Everything was great and everyone was very nice.
I would just add a little more attention to detail on the cleaning side.

The sheets were dirty. A group of soccer teams
Came to stay and were loud all night running in the halls and knocking on doors. No one stopped them.

Good location and service

It is a nice and affordable hotel in a good location in the center of Cuzco. People is friendly and helpful. Secure for overseas people. Nice for the family and everyone. Nice and clean. You can go walking to the center of Cuzco ….

Disappointing

No hot water. Broken buzzing lamp. Loud annoying neighbours knocking on people’s doors loudly and screaming for fun.
My family had just returned from the 4 day Inca trail hike where there is no heater or warmth and came to a horrible hotel with no hot water and not a quite person including staff in the building.
Horrible service. Bad breakfast. Expensive for the quality of their service. Would not recommend.
