IMPRESENTABLES

Resumiendo: estuvimos dos días bien, nos fuimos a ver machupicchu y reservamos y dejamos guardadas las maletas en este hostel. El mismo chico que nos hizo la reserva y nos guardó las mochilas en el armario nos dice al volver que tienen el hostel lleno y que no tenemos habitación. Lo peor es que el chico no asumió en ningún momento responsabilidad, ni nos pidió disculpas ni nos miró a la cara y eran las 11 de la noche que nos fuimos a buscar otro hostel a puerta fría. Nada recomendable, solo van mochileros que van de fiesta. La limpieza sobretodo en los baños escasea. Agua de la ducha helada.

Pésimo servicio

Pésimo. Reservamos en Booking, y ni siquiera existía la habitación que reservamos. Nos cobraron más de la cuenta, y la atención no fue la mejor. Inclusive el recepcionista anotó nuestra reserva como “No-show” para impedir que les dejásemos un review.
