Bien en general

Me gusto mucho, muy buen precio, las habitaciones son grandes y cuentas con un ventilador eléctrico, nos gusto mucho la atención de su personal especial De Diego, el fue muy cálido y nos ayudó en todo lo que podía, lo único fue que reserve todos mis hoteles con desayuno , y este salía incluido, pero no tenía Este servicio de igual manera nos resolvieron este problema

Left us stranded

My friend and I had booked a room here about a month in advance. When we showed up to check in at 11pm (delayed flights) we were told they had no reservation for us and that we were too late to check in. Hotels.com says you can check in until midnight. This left us stranded and scrambling for somewhere to stay. The staff did not seem to care
