Very correct hotel for tourism or business
A very comfortable hotel with a suitable location.
I must stress the friendliness of all staff, at all times.
The room I was assigned was very spacious and comfortable.
The bed was king. Maybe the pillows could get a little better but nothing serious.
The bathroom was spacious, with bathtub and handles to safely enter and exit. Well-heated water under adequate pressure.
The breakfast buffet is right, without being lush. The coffee was very good.
I recommend for a stay for business or tourism in Lima.
I must stress the friendliness of all staff, at all times.

Unfit for solo travelers - thieves
I have never felt more unsafe.
I couldn’t recommend this place less. I would never stay here again.
They had to give me three different rooms due to the party music and broken air conditioners and fans. Third room I got, I stepped on a broken shard of glass that I couldn’t get out of my foot until I returned home, while the worst part of all, someone entered my room at 5am, slammed the door, and ran away.
As a solo female traveler, I was TERRIFIED. I had no clue what was going on, if someone had been standing over me as I slept, if my things were stolen. I freaked out screaming running into the hallways asking a maid for help. They called to reception for them to come and help. Nobody called or came until I called the front desk demanding for assistance for over 5 minutes.
Someone came up and just said “sorry, must’ve been an accident”. I demanded for someone to give me answers. The lady said she was going to call someone and come back to my room, and never did.
I didn’t sleep at all due all of these factors so I don’t even know how I can even say I “stayed” here. I went down to the front desk around 10am for checkout and to get answers. The front desk ladies proceeded to laugh at me (which I have a photo of) and shrug. I told them over and over I had a flight to catch and really need to speak with someone. After 20 minutes, a man approached me and told me he would contact Expedia for a refund for me, took my phone number, and I still have not heard from him.

Excellent service!!
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is very good. Very good new year dinner!! We had a lot of fun. The buffet dinner quite complete. Breakfast buffet had no bread maybe because it was 1 January

120 USD is a lot for what they offer
I stayed at this hotel for one day and one night with my husband.
The cost of the room was 120 USD. For the cost I thought the room would be spectacular. It was spacious, it had three areas (bathroom, bedroom and living room) the room is good, but you don't pay 120 dollars for a "good" room
The walls were dirty, with stains everywhere and with dust, there was no wall that did not have dust (Apparently its cleaning is precarious), the bathroom, the tub all discolored, with tartar stains and a horrible smell came out of the whirlpool tubes . Also, apparently they fixed some tiles in the bathroom and put tiles in a different color (as if it were a patch, it looked horrible). In addition, the bathroom didn't work, I had to remove the lid of the bathroom to let the water flow. I wonder if this is what a 4-star hotel is like, because the 3-star ones I went to were not disastrous like this one.
The breakfast buffet service was also "good" everything is cold, dry and burnt, but the taste was average.
On the other hand, the positive thing was that we liked the courtesy sweets they gave us for staying and above all the very good treatment from the staff, friendly, respectful, always with a smile.
In my conclusion the hotel is old, if it is 4 stars it is because it offers the services of spa, restaurant and its casino (which when I went was closed, according to their statement it is a definitive closure)

Absolutely horrendous service
We were at this hotel for the UANA games with kids competing over a 4 day period. The bathrooms flooded, we experience several power outages and the ACs did not function.
What was interesting, is that adjoined to this hotel is a Casino owned and run by the hotel. They had full service, no power outages and cooling was not a challenge. This indicated to us that there was little or no interest in the facilities and treatment of guests at the hotel specifically over 200 teenagers and parents.
We reported the issue to the desk staff on numerous occasions and also contacted the managers, however they did not see it fit to respond or provide any assistance.
I do not recommend this hotel at all for either long or short stays. The area leaves much to be desired while the amenities and service does not in any way compensate.
Management needs to ensure that they are available to address guests issues and challenges in a timely manner.
