Nice small hotel

We were there for 4 days, our room was a bit small, but very clean, personnel very helping, breakfast was good too. It,s located in the heart of the village. 2 minutes from everything, plaza del armas, convenience store, bakery.

A modern hotel with style in the center of Lunahuana

This is the only modern option you’ll find in the center of town in Lunahuana. The decor is beautiful with vintage antiques all around and a small swimming pool you can use during the sunny days. They are also pet friendly upon request which can be difficult to find while traveling. I think what sets El Encanto apart from any other hotel in the area is the level of service they dedicate to their guests. The hotel manager, Katherine, and her staff made us feel like this was a home away from home. They had great suggestions on things to do and where to eat, as well as helping to assist with tour booking (they know where to get the best deals on tours). You can consider them your personal concierge! Loved our stay and would definitely choose here again.

Fabulous stay

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location, the staff are attentive and very friendly. The rooms are well decorated and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lunahuana. Great experience!

Wonderful

The hotel was excellent. Greatly helpful staff. The room was clean and luxurious. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, River and the plaza. We had a wonderful time. We’ll come back soon. I recommend this hotel.

Great staff, great location

Stayed for 2 nights. I don’t speak spanish very well, but my wife is Peruvian. Staff did a good job understanding what i wanted without my wife to help. Probably be ok to stay here if you don’t speak spanish fluently. Layout is very well designed. The staff was great and remembered details from breakfast the 1st morning. I got my breakfast American style. Eggs over-easy, black pepper, cream for my coffee. They scrambled to get everything for me the 1st day and when i showed up the 2nd day everything was already set up. Place is very quiet, but it is in the center of town. Walking distance to many restaurants and 3 wineries. Also, most of the adventure companies are within 2-3 blocks. They have a pool, but it is slightly larger than a hot tub.
