Excellent
The place is beautiful with very well-kept gardens that look like they were taken from a fairy tale, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, the bonfire was a nice experience, and the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly; I will definitely return!!

Reasonable place to stay if you are visiting the sacred valley
We had a reasonable stay at this hotel while exploring the sacred Valley.
I will start with the pros:
It’s a neatly maintained property and the staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and we found the beds comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant which had a decent spread of items and opening times suitable for early starts. At the lobby you can help yourselves to cups of Muna tea . The hotel stored our luggage while we went on an overnight trip to Machu Picchu. We stayed in the ground floor as well as the first floor rooms. The first floor rooms have a good view of the mountains.
Now the cons :
It is situated in the outskirts of the town therefore if you plan to have a meal out, this would involve a good walk or an Uber ride which we found difficult at times because the drivers were not picking up the ride for a long time.
The hotel does not have an iron, which is very inconvenient for travellers.
The laundry rates are not cheap and the bill can be high especially if you are travelling with a family therfore we found a launderette( INKA laundry) an Uber ride away at quarter the hotel price and they even delivered the clothes to the hotel.
We found the entry locks to the first floor rooms a bit fiddly and bath mixer taps just require some practice and getting used to. The soap dispenser has a mind of its own and delivers drops of soap at a time.
The room temperatures are low, especially at this time of the year and while the rooms are provided an oil radiator, you can still feel a bit cold.

Very pretty and calm hotel
What a lovely hotel. We weren’t sure what to expect as this was booked for us as part of our group tour.
All the staff we interacted with were super friendly, especially the man who helped us with the luggage, he ran over to help us and was determined to make sure we didn’t need to carry our things, he clearly didn’t expect anything as he was super grateful for the tip (which we were happy to give!).
The hotel is very pretty from the outside, Spanish villa style with lots of white, natural wood and flowers / plants. The rooms are very large, a very basic style but it works, everything was clean, a fridge, plug-in heater (as the evenings can get a little chilly), shelf for your luggage, 2 big beds, a balcony with table and chairs to have a view of the surrounding mountains, spacious bathroom with a hairdryer and soap / shampoo.
Noise levels are rather low as the hotel is set right back from any roads or areas of noise, which made a big difference from being in Lima and central Cusco.
The restaurant offers a big selection of dishes for dinner, at very reasonable prices, the trout and curried chicken are delicious!
Happy Hour at the bar is good, they make a great Pisco Sour and the other cocktails were pretty well made too.
There is Coca Tea available for free as well as a gift shop for purchases.
The WiFi worked pretty well for our whole group.
Breakfast could be a little better, a reasonable choice of products but could be a little better.
My husband and I would love to stay in this hotel again if we return to the area in the future.

Beautiful views!
This was a special place! So beautiful! The gardens and the view were spectacular. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable! And the food! The breakfast was great! The first night we arrived late so ate at the hotel--probably the best ceviche I had in Peru! And the presentation was beautiful! Stay here!
