Bai Hospitality

Location is convenient, just a very short car ride from Parkmall and Mandani Bay if you wanna do some walking or shopping. Monina Naves from Sales & Marketing and the rest of the staff are accommodating. Despite being near a busy road, there weren't any traffic noise coming from the street. Rooms and hallways were clean and despite that I usually have a hard time sleeping in a new environment, the bed was very comfortable and was able to have a good night's sleep.
The breakfast line up was very vast and delicious, so many choices and cuisines to choose from. Would definitely come back for another stay, a must try for everyone.

DOH Regional Research Congress

The foods are good. However, my drinks and food were taken without my permission. My morning snacks that I haven't touch were taken without my presence. I was about to save it for later but when I came back, the snacks were gone. Even my drink will be taken without asking first if it is okay to get it already.
I suggest that the crew will ask permission first before cleaning the table during seminars like this. Thank you.

Delicious Food

Cafe Bai never disappoints with its wide variety of delicious food, it’s always our go-to buffet. Today, we were assisted by Reyd, who was attentive, mindful, and consistently available whenever we needed anything. Thank you, Reyd, for making our dining experience even better!

It was a pleasant stay.
Just a small note: in room 637 the shower floor doesn’t slope enough toward the drain, so water tends to puddle near the sink.
