Centrally located, quiet for its location, nice rooftop terrace, fairly clean, helpful staff. Good mid-level budget option.
Would stay again.
Only hic was the giant face painted on the wall which freaked me a bit at night so I wore a night mask. Could be solved with a strategically placed curtain. I appreciate the effort at decoration but I swear she was looking at me.
Roof terrace was great for getting grab food. We had halo halo and a big marching band concert as they were practicing for the fiesta the next day.
We had a nice walk around the Poblacion of Makati

There’s cockroaches and rooms are not maintained floor loose tiles.

The room is dusty, I request for late check-out with fee and the receptionist said it was available but after few hours she knook on our door to inform us that we need to check-out at 12noon

No daily home service and no fridged or hot water for coffee you need to ask the front desk for that first

The thi.ng I like about this property is so quite
They don't have a microwave or electric kettle . They don't have even a complimentary coffee or tea
