I recently stayed at Chillax Boracay as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my first trip to Boracay. The hotel is very budget-friendly without compromising comfort, which made my stay both affordable and enjoyable. I also had the chance to meet other travelers, which added to the experience. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling solo and looking for a friendly, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

WORST HOTEL TO STAY

The WORST stay ever. While the place is visually appealing and the staff are friendly and accommodating, our room was a major issue. We stayed on the fourth floor, and when we checked in around 4 p.m., the air conditioning was fine. After dinner and a small family gathering in their dining area upstairs, we discovered that one of their plastic tables was faulty, causing our food to spill onto the floor. We didn't complain about it. Afterward, when we returned to our room to rest, the air conditioning was no longer working, and the electric outlets for charging our phones were also down. We learned that other guests in nearby rooms, same floor were experiencing the same problem. We requested a room change, but it was already past midnight and only one staff member was present, with available rooms still uncleaned. Feeling exhausted, and with kids in tow, we decided to help clean the room ourselves—dusting, mopping, and setting up three beds. It was such a hassle, and we finished around 1 a.m. By 3 a.m., the lights went off, leaving us to rely on our phones to find our way to the bathroom, as it was too dark to see. no emergency lights. Additionally, the pillows and blankets smelled really bad, even though they appeared clean. We didn't enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and absolutely not recommending it.
