MY FAVORITE STAY IN SIQUIJOR

We loved our stay at this eco-friendly hostel in a cozy hut. The dogs were adorable and staff was amazing, always going above and beyond. The owners gave great recommendations for local spots to check out. Breakfast was exceptional, especially the pancakes and fresh smoothies.
We highly recommend this unique and welcoming hostel to all travelers.
Thank you Lazy Lizard for giving us a fantastic time in Siquijor!

Our least favourite hostel in the Philippines

Unfortunately we weren't very impressed with our stay.
The staff were unwelcoming and unnecessarily rude.
The rooms were dark and dingey. We didnt have room to put our bags anywhere and felt like we were constantly on top of each other.
The hostel is tucked up in the woods which is nice and quite, but the dirt gets everywhere.
There is no social area or places to chill out other than in the reception on a couple of chairs. There is a big wooden area that would be great if it was filled with beanbags or hammocks, but instead its just empty.
There are some little private rooms you can stay in which look like huts, maybe they're a bit nicer!
We were happy to be out of there!

I just happen to see this now. I apologize for the discomfort on your stay. March 2020 was when the island started to shut down for covid. We wish we could have done something to help you.

BEST HOSTEL EVER

Pancakes, dogs, beer, chills and the best owners ever. Ended up staying here for a week because we loved it so much!! We stayed in a private room for one night before moving onto the dorm. The room was amazing, so relaxing. The dorm was great too!! Lots of fans so we were kept cool. Dogs for days, they are all so cute. Owners Chris and Ody will make you feel welcome the second
you step through the door. We were so sad to leave this special place. If you find yourself in Siquijor STAY HERE, but be prepared to be staying for a while ♥️

The coolest place in the area. The place with the best decoration tuoch that i visited so far.
Odey and Chris are nice and welcoming, and can tell you everything about the island, where to visit ect.

Lounge in luxury at the Lazy lizard

This place is awesome, the owners are really nice people and Odi especially as she makes a mean pancake (from years of practice).
Everything is nice and new, the beds are comfy and the people friendly.
Highly reccommend.
