Charming Polish kitsch

We choose it like a transit hotel to Warsaw. The building, especially restaurant interior is great Polish kitsch. I love it . The breakfast is very good and tasty. Rooms are OK for one night, but bathrooms are very tiny. The hotel has their own bakery which works late. There is small garden and you can enjoy summer sitting outside. Great staff.

Noisy hotel

Extremely noisy hotel.
Owner keeps two noisy cocketiel parrots at reception that screached every day at 7am all the way to 10pm. Staff couldn't do anything as owner was on holiday and they were too shy to contact him.
The doors on the bedroom are so poorly insulated, it means you hear everything from people talking and walking up and down the corridors.
Not a place to stay if on holiday. Work trips might be ok.

Great breakfast, friendly staff

We were a group of 12 staying here for a friends wedding which was at another location, so the hotel was chosen for convenience and just used as a bedroom as such for the 3 days.
We arrived after midnight on the Friday and the receptionist was helpful in getting our rooms sorted. The rooms are well decorated but the single sized beds seem small by uk comparison. They were not necessarily uncomfortable but certainly not above average either.
Breakfast however, was outstanding. A great selection of meats, salads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, fresh omelettes and coffee were all readily enjoyed by all, with no complaints from any member of the group.
The hotel was clean, modern and tidy and staff were always helpful with organising taxis and directions etc.

A hotel with a nice little spa

We stayed one night in a deluxe double room, which was large and modern. There's a gate to the parking lot that opens with your keycard. I think the reception closed at 10 pm, but you can get in with your keycard. There's a small spa with a steam suana that's actually hot, a normal sauna where you can actually throw water, and a hot tub. It might get small if there are more people but there was no one else than us. We thought that the breakfast is included but it wasn't. The breakfast was good anyway and worth the price. The person at the reception didn't speak English and first said there's no massage, but it's possible. They can call someone to the hotel who offers massage. It wasn't the strongest massage I've been to. All in all very nice stay for one night.

Acceptable

I spent two nights here separated by several days when traveling to and from Warsaw-Augustow. Don't get the single room - it is too small. Nice staff, locked gate parking, good restaurant, bakery next door. No elevator, small showers, very slow Wi-Fi, single beds are too small for adult males. Rooms are quiet, with most facing away from the street. Good value, but given the option, I would choose to try a different hotel next time.
