Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PLN 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note to contact the apartment at least one day prior arrival to arrange check in. The office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. If your expected arrival time is after 17:00 or during the weekends and public holidays, please inform the office at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 17:00-22:00.
