Lovely stay
I cannot fault the hotel in anyway.
The location is perfect, 10 mins walk to main square.
Little store just round corner.
I was a solo traveller and found the room lovely clean and spacious.
I agree with another review regarding the mattress protection and that it makes you very hot, but I just slept with the air on on.
I found the checking in / out process very quick and simple, stored my case in room until I picked up later that night.
Young girl on reception I found to be very nice and helpful,
I would return to this hotel.

Pleasant stay in Krakow in an excellent location
The rooms are simply furnished but with excellent comforts: I really appreciated the heated bathroom floor and the (not common) convenience of having two pillows for each guest. The presence of a free water dispenser at the reception was also very useful. (We did not try the breakfast, so I cannot evaluate it).
The main inconvenience was related to the assignment of the first room upon arrival. We had booked a Deluxe room (which in theory was supposed to be superior to the Premium and have an exterior view). However, on a day of 32°C, we were assigned a room with a sloped ceiling like an attic on the 5th floor (the top): since they had not turned on the air conditioning beforehand, the environment was stifling. Moreover, there was no real external view except towards the sky (I am 1.85 m tall and could barely see anything of the city only on tiptoes). Fortunately, although it was not possible for the first night, the following day they moved us to a very spacious room, equipped with a small balcony and a pleasant view of the city (the only downside was that this bathroom lacked a magnifying mirror because it was broken). If we had not been able to change rooms, the overall experience would have been extremely compromised.
However, there are some aspects related to overall comfort and the structure that need to be pointed out:
Uncomfortable mattress cover: under the sheet, there is a cover for the mattresses, probably waterproof to prevent stains. In such hot periods, this proves to be a big problem: even though the air conditioning worked perfectly, the material makes one sweat a lot on the back. Moreover, with every slight movement, the cover makes noise and its "stiffness" takes away a lot of comfort from the bed.
Cleanliness: overall good, except for the fact that on a couple of occasions we found black hairs in the bathroom, probably an oversight by the cleaning staff. Despite this, we did not have the impression of poor hygiene.
Entertainment: the TV does not have international channels, is not smart, and does not offer mirroring from personal devices. Given the price of the establishment, one can still overlook this.
Luggage: the storage is located in the basement and, since the elevator does not reach there, one must take the stairs with the suitcases.
Aside from the inconvenience with our type of room and the mattress cover, the value for money is excellent and we would return.
