Too hot in the heatwave

Location perfect for the square. Beautiful apartment, clean, shared kitchen. Towels provided, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
Very noisy road and a bar across the road is open until 2am.
I would stay here again but not in the summer. You could not sleep in the heatwave because you have to close the window because of the noise from the traffic and bar. No fan or ceiling fan provided.

Goood

The host is correct and friendly .
The location is just perfect .
The room is perfect .
Water, tea and coffee were offered by the host .
When we booked we couldn't arrive on time but the host was kind enough to wait for us 3 hours.
The house is warm and barely needs heating.

Best place near city center

I stayed here with my husband. Was a very nice place near city center. Cleaned and very well positioned. Very nice and friendly staff. This place was very close to top destinations in Krakow. I will highly recommend it to everyone.

Not impressed

Very bad communication with the owner. He doesn't speak any English so we have to use Google translate which was a little bit confusing. Pre booked taxi did not arrive to pick us at the airport. Place it's central, but very very loud during the night because it is on the main road. No one came to change towels of to clean in 5 days.

Not the best place to stay

Don't recommend to stay here. It's a rip off. Location is very loud at night with traffic and party people. In a week no one came to clean during and no one came to change the towels! For the amount we paid I think we could find nicer place in Krakow.
