Excellent 5-day stay in Junior Suite – Highly recommended!

I spent five days at Hotel Pollera and am absolutely delighted. I had booked a junior suite and the room was simply delightful: a successful mix of historical charm and modern comfort.
I would like to highlight in particular:
The sleeping comfort: The bed was extremely comfortable, which is very important for a longer stay. The bathroom: Absolutely perfect and very clean. Breakfast: Excellent! There was a wide selection and everything was fresh. The service: The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel's own car service to and from the airport worked smoothly and was very comfortable.
Although the hotel has lower ratings online, I can recommend it – especially in the Junior Suite category. It was the ideal base for my trip.

Great hotel

The staff were wonderful people, kind and caring. The rooms were clean and decor very presentable. Breakfast was very filling and you could help yourself to as much food as you would like. Not far from the square from which you had a good selection of restaurants. All in all I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone. A most enjoyable experience.

Good hotel needs some improvements

The hotel has a great history and an excellent location. The staff are very supportive and helpful, especially Anita and Damian
A few essential things are missing: there is no safe in the room; instead, there is a locker arrangement in the common lobby area. There is also no refrigerator in the room. The rooms have fans but no air conditioning, and there is no private or communal microwave. These facilities are very much needed in a hotel of this kind of reputation. Please look into these improvements.

A centrally located hotel from another era

Hotel in the historic center just a few steps from the main square. 19th-century style furnishings. Small room, no air conditioning but excellent fan. Exceptional breakfast. A round of applause for Ms. Margot, who was very kind. Highly recommended
