Clean, friendly place though a little on the basic side. Breakfast was okay.
One gripe - the curtains in my room were very flimsy and it was very bright in there at 5am. I can handle that but i know people who cannot!
Oh, and the wifi was a bit iffy - good in the lobby and breakfast room, missing in my bedroom.

Holiday from hell

The worst hotel in Lublin, I booked this hotel for 9 days, what a orribile experience, room very poor quality furniture, curtains very dusty, beds very low almost touching the floor, extremely noisy at night, people shouting, playing football, and throwing the ball against hotel windows, no more than 4/5 hours sleep at night because of the noise, reception no helpful at all, breakfast very poor, lots of cold food, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, you have to ask the waiter almost everything, and the answer was sorry this is Poland. The hotel is very central, in between the old town and the new town, but please if you are looking for holiday to relax don’t go to this hotel.

Absolutely perfect for a short stay in Lublin

Great experience at the Vanilla Hotel in the city centre of this beautiful Polish city, an authentic hidden gem. The hotel is perfect, we had an extraordinary, big rom, with a comfy, large bed. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was phenomenal. Loved the fried eggs and bacon and the waffles. And the location is extraordinary, you can walk to all the main highlights of the city, such as the main street, castle, old town and archcathedral. I'd come back if I was here again.
