Nice place.

Good hotel location. The food was tasty and the portions were large. There are hiking trails next to the hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was included in the price and the choices were 5.

Wonderful !

This hotel/restaurant was the most delightful place that I have stayed in more than five weeks of traveling in Poland. It is a beautiful property located just north of Augustow in the forest but on a main road. It reminded me of a lodge that you might see in the US Sierra-Nevada mountains. My room was on the second floor and was large, with extensive interior high-gloss wood everywhere. Unlike most of eastern Europe, there were screens on the windows, allowing them to be left open for fresh air. There was also a fan in the room. The bathroom was of average size but with a large shower. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, although only the owner's son (manager) spoke English. The food at the restaurant was very good, as evidenced by the number of buses that stopped there for food. They served 18 inch fried whole trout that was better than anything else that I have eaten while in Poland. Free gated parking was provided - often necessary at meal times when people from around the area came to dine. I spent two nights here, but would have liked to stay a week ! At US $55 a night, this was a good deal.

Simple but good

Hotel/bar Abro was excellent for an overnight stay on our way back home from Lithuania to the Netherlands. Not expensuive and the room was clean.
Restaurant, terrace and bar are opened until 22h00m.
Enjoy a local beer.

A nice and cosy place to stay

A really nice & a cosy place to stay. Tasty breakfast,very nice staff! Well-organized parking place & territory. Not by the main road,but makes no big difference for the trip-nearby & worth coming here.

Abro

It was us one night on the road. It was a good quiet area. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. There was a great breakfast and service as well. Suitable for overnight stay. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant. The entire building has free Wi-Fi and parking is available free of charge.
