Just excellent
We have spend a very nice time in the Hotel Stok.
Everything was excellent, from the first contact over the phone before the holidays and arrival time at the reception. The service was excellent everywhere at the bar, at the SPA and pool area, in the restaurant, at the ski rental and ski-passes selling box, at the reception and all the he other services (i.e bowling etc). Nothing was difficult or impossible and everything was dealt with a smile.
The apartment was excellent as well, very spacious and contain everything that is need for the stay, and very clean.
The breakfast was also super nice including option for vegetarians, baby food part etc. The restaurant has a baby play corner which was very helpful.
The proximity to the ski rental and ski lift it a major plus. 100m distance from the door and you can put your ski on (which can be stored in a heated store room directly next to the slope). Not mentioning the lovely and always smiling staff at the ski rental place and the lovely ski instructors (we were very lucky!).
And one more plus - 3 min drive to the shops and 5 min to town center with all the restaurants.
We will be definitely back. Thank you for lovely holidays!

Below industry standards, above its tier's price
The location is great, the quality is below what's advertised. Overall, we won't be coming back.
The room we got wasn't cleaned properly, there were some very visible crumbles left from the previous guests. The bathtub had a scuffed siding (the plastic was bent and ripped from where it was siliconed to the walls). The overall quality of fixtures was below what we're used to at 4-star hotels. This wasn't limited to the room, the elevators, fixtures in the corridors, tables and chairs in the restaurant - all of these looked not only a bit aged, but also somewhat unkept, as if maintenance and repairs wasn't a priority.
False advertising is another thing. My wife called to make sure activities for small children are available ("animations", plays, activities lead by actors and such) and was informed that yes, the hotel organizes such events and they will be available during our stay (a week before the winter school break). In short, nothing of the sort was organized or provided and the receptionists explained these things are provided only during "high season", which was not the info relayed months earlier, when we were choosing were to stay.

Fantastic hotel for a whole family.
Ideal for families. Everyday interesting animations (in polish), great conditions for skiing for both adults and children, great swimming pool complex (5 saunas!), delicious food. There are several very nice hiking routes nearby. We will definitely come back.

Great
Great, i am very greatful for the lady taking care of my child in the kindergarden, she is special. Good food, Lots of activities within hotel and nearby. Room is comfortable but auto lock in doors is evil ;) we really like detectives games and theater.

Nice and clean hotel.
Stayed for a one night on half board. Dinner was just across the hotel in a kind of dancing hall with BBQ food, soups, desserts and drinks. There was a live band playing. It was very enjoyable.
We used the pools twice. Couldn’t get the little one out of there. She was enjoying very much. Towels were provided there.
Breakfast was brilliant! So much choice to choose from. Even vegan food.
There was a big bouncy castle type of slide and a lots of other things for kids.
