worst hotel I've visited

This hotel is not worth its money and stars.
The staff at the desk were friendly but that was also really positive what this hotel had to offer.
* there were stains in the bedding and the blanket was not covered.
* the balcony was super small and you could barely get up with 1 person
* staff at breakfast was short and unfriendly
* the whole bathroom smelled like sewage
* you had to leave the exhaust on or your room smelled like sewage too
* the TV had grainy and very poor picture quality
* the hotel wifi barely worked
* the promised air conditioning was at a fixed temperature and you could not operate
* and last room was small and in very poor condition
In short, don't book here there are much nicer and fresher hotels for that money.

Never again

First visit at Bucharest, short stay at that hotel for special celebration . They informed us that did upgrade to triple room(was nice) but when we entered the room, we were in shock, an old room with a strong smell of cigarettes. We went dawn and they changed the room(207), everything was old and in terrible condition ((( I added pictures as well. The heating in the bathroom was not working, the towels again were smelling very bad, wi-fi in the room was not working and Breakfast was just not tasty and terrible. Instead of 1 star, I gave 2 stars only because they gave us late check out untill 16.00 for free of charge, but will never recommend that place

THE WORST HOTEL EVER

1star the neighbours are crazy i got a fine just be cause i talked a little bit higher and the towels are dirty, the bed is s-o messed up i mean the din t have pillows and I got a Fever. ONE STAR

It must be improved

We stayed two nights in this three star hotel, room only. The beds and pillows are comfortable even though the double had two single beds attached. The bathroom has a shower with only two fixed doors leaving the opening free and therefore impossible to shower without wetting the floor. You must therefore hold the shower head in your hand while taking a shower to avoid enlarging everything. We pointed it out and they had to go and fix it but we were left with the doubt that it was specially so.... The structure is quite old also as furnishings. The bathroom heater is not working and only one of the three lights went. The heating is very noisy and without possibility to adjust the temperature .. However at night, even keeping it off it is warm. The staff is still available, but not enough to make a stay cozy.
