Interesting option

Good option when arriving very late in Romania. It was very close to the airport but not so close to the capital.
The rooms and the staff's treatment were very good.
We also liked the breakfast.
I suggest equipping the bathroom with larger towels and having the shower door close completely.

Ornate and consistent

It’s a hotel I thought in Bucharest would be a better hotel in the capital, but I was very wrong. If it’s clean, then sometimes there’s no internet. It’s a bit away from downtown. Unfortunately, breakfast isn’t very good. If there’s no alternative to a hotel under the law, you may stay, but don’t have high expectations.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER

I am a red haired lady and I had my hair washed and wiped ŵirh their white towels. When I checked out thay made me.pay 30 Euros !!!!!!! because my hair dyed red the towel!!!!!!! They said they could not clean them which is outrageous !!!!!! I have the same white towels at home and they are perfectly cleand. I have stayed at dozens hotels all over rhe world, i have stayed at five star hotels and luxurh ones and I never faced such behavior. They are incapable, useless and thieves. Red hair ladies stay away of this hotel.

Avoid if possible

The hotel is currently under construction on the facade and welcomes guests!!!
In fact in the morning you are awakened by the sound of drills and hammers.
It's unacceptable. Now I had specified that I wanted a quiet room they should have informed me! It's quite scandalous and dishonest
Moreover the staff is very unkind! The hotel is quite far from everything!

Villa Arzilla

Structure to be improved, especially lack access for disabled, only stairs.
Bad service, dirty rooms and horrible cleaning service, on return found pillows covered on the ground, beds covered without redoing, bathroom changed only towels in the sink still toothpaste.
At the reception some of the very rude staff.
Good only the location.
