Good hotel, well-located for those aiming at staying in the old city of Bucharest. The amenities, the room & the breakfast were good.
We loved the staff (especially Mrs. Gab. who welcomed us in very charming way): their English was flawless & they were very kind to us.
A few things surprised us but didn't affect our stay at all
- a 5EUR deposit is required for a 2nd room card
- breakfast slot has to be booked the day before.
Overall a pleasant stay, well-priced partly as we used hotels.com points.

The hotel was great, very well located near some of the main attractions, and surrounded by plenty of amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the room was great. Really liked our time there!

Good location, quiet area by a park, with restaurants and cafes around. Sightseeing attractions by walking distance. Convenient with late check out time (at noon). If it wasn't for the smell of moldy celler in the bathroom, the hotel would have probably received a higher ranking, but that was just a minor thing, hopefully easy to manage soon. Thank you for having us.

I stayed here for 4 nights (2nd -6th June 26)
I really liked it - small hotel and very compact. Only a few rooms on each floor, lifts
nearly always empty, not bumping into people all the time.
Room amenities were impressive - kettle - fridge - safe - dressing gown and slippers were also provided.
Clean room and quiet. Linen spotless and a lovely roomy shower cubicle.
There was also a small balcony.
Great little breakfast area were I took onboard Coffee and Orange juice - although a good range of food is available.
Public transport connections were close by, and a walk to the Old town took around 15 minutes. There were also two parks nearby.
Excellent value in my opinion.

Serene Retreat

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enhanced because of the beautiful sunny weather.
Very clean hotel, compact and quiet, rooms were well equipped - kettle, fridge and even slippers and dressing gowns were available. Also a safe.
It had a small balcony. Lovely shower set-up
Public transport was close and walking to the old town was around 15 minutes.
My kind of hotel.
