Great hotel! Best value for money!

Terrible customer service and no way to treat a Navy veteran.

They charged us $106 for a room that we never used because their power was out. We were booked on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of order. They didn't offer to help carry our luggage up, I'm 75 years old with a heart condition, and said the lower floor was booked up. After waiting 2 hours we finally booked another hotel that had power. The manager wouldn't talk to me but instead had a clerk inform me we would still be charged for the room. I've stayed there several times in the past but will never stay there again.

Decent.

Room is ok, with balcony on the front, without in the back. Breakfast typical for 3 stars hotels.
They do not clean rooms everyday.
10min drive to beach, Aquamagic, Obivius Park, Park Mall.
I gotta say this hotel doesn’t impress in any way, and it doesn’t really bother you in any way.

A pleasant enough place to lay your head

I reviewed this hotel several years ago, since then it has had a makeover and has improved. The location of this I would say business class hotel is Ideal to find being right on the main road. It is nothing special to look at, but does have a nice terrace for a few warm evening drinks, sadly spoilt by the proximity of the busy road. The rooms have benefited from the makeover and the bed was very comfortable. For a mid range hotel within easy driving distance to the beach or airport, or even the town. You could do worse

Overrated

I stayed 4 days in this hotel and the only problem would be that it is overrated. Compared to my previous experiences, this hotel certainly has no 4 stars. The bathtub in the bathroom was silicone-bonded, the bathroom furniture was old and worn out, the water had no pressure (it was flowing very slowly). Staff at the reception were very kind. At breakfast she was a lady who asked obsessively everyone at what room it was, which was somewhat disturbing. If this hotel had 3 stars I think it would have been fair and honest with the customers.
