I prepaid my stay but after giving my card details at check in I was double charged for the stay. I’m working on a refund so it may turn out ok

The property is closed. An inch of dust and dirt on the building and on the door. Huge CLOSED sign on the door. Nobody answers the phone calls to the number on the door or on the Hotels.com property details. Avoid!

Heavy smells!!!

From the first step inside you will be surrounded by heavy smells. Either from kitchen (rancid oil) and room perfume meant to cover the other smells.
The room don't gives you the feeling of cleanness. For sure has been smoking in the room in the past.
Big noise from the car passing on boulevard in front of hotel.
The employees ok, for the little interaction had.
I won't come back.
