Nicest hotel in the area.

A lovely hotel with pleasant staff. View of car park from room but can still see mountains from side balcony. The overall location is lovely. It's good value for money including breakfast which was typically continental. During the week nice and quiet but a bit more lively at the weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

Meh, I do not recommend

The rooms are antiques they need a full makeover. The cleanliness is missing, they just clean the room very fast on the surface. The heater in the room was dirty, the entire room was pretty dirty and full of stains. The heater in the bathroom was rusty, the air vent in the room was blocked and nonfunctional, the window blinders were broken, the bed frame was all stained, and absolutely no light in the bedroom just a couple of lamps which you could not use while phone was charging, and also the light of the lamps was very low. The minibar products were partially expired! The lady at the spa almost always missing from her desk, and had to wait 10-15 mins for a towel so you can use the pull! The massage was not available only a couple of hours a day, and mostly booked time. The bathroom in the lobby very dirty.

Lovely hotel nice location

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Orizont. The breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the swimming pool was a great facility to have.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
As an animal lover, I also really appreciated the hotel’s approach to the local animals. There were birds nesting on the exterior walls, and the nests had not been disturbed by the hotel. I also noticed kittens happily playing downstairs, and they were not chased away. It was lovely to see a hotel that allows animals to coexist peacefully with its guests.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend Hotel Orizont to others.

Nice hotel, lovely setting, started to feel a bit tired & could do with some TLC, that said the restaurant was great with good food & great service, spa was decent as well.

Very good hotel for staying a few days in the mountains.

Hotel in nature with occasional bear alerts on your phone. Spacious and very functional rooms. The restaurant is well arranged with tablecloths and napkins. The staff is very attentive. Hearty breakfast: pastries, cakes, assorted cold cuts, varied and fresh fruits.
