Best Café frappé in town!

If it's sunny outside... try the Café frappé on the terrace! It's a MUST!
Vis-a-vis the Hilton, it is a nice little place to sit down and rest. Low prices, romanian food, nothing special! There is a playground nearby.

Budget accommodation, good down-on-earth restaurant, friendly service

While running an event at the Hilton across the parking lot, I stayed at the Vila Dumbrava. While size-wise rooms vary from average to small and bathrooms are on the narrow side, the property is well kept, rooms sport all endowments to be expected at a mid-range guesthouse and the service is friendly. The restaurant downstairs is inexpensive and serves much better dishes than the much-ado-about-nothing Cămara Boierului, the traditional venue at the Hilton nearby which was a big disappointment in both food variety and quality. This is a recommendable budget place to stay especially for those interested in the extensive Astra Folk Technology Museum, the zoo (there are access points to them both across the street) and a breath of fresh air out of the popular downtown, as the guesthouse lies right out of town, in Dumbrava Forest. If planning your stay for a Saturday night, just double check if they have a wedding downstairs, as some of the rooms are right above the restaurant.

Passing by sibiu

On Octomber 2015 we had visitate Sibiu and we are satisfyed overall grat conditions. The food is cheap the place is clean. Free wifi , cheap drinks. I recomand it to stay in Sibiu if you ha e a small budget for travel.

Finger weg!!! Sehr unverschämt!

Schäbige kleine Zimmer, dreckig, sehr hartes Bett. Ein sehr unfreundlicher Rezeptionist machte uns in einem rauhen Ton darauf aufmerksam dass wir gefälligst das nächste mal nur in Lei zu bezahlen hätten. EC und VISA wird sowieso nicht akzeptiert. Ausgeschrieben war der Preis für 32 €, er wollte aber von uns umgerechnet 34 €. Als wir das so nicht akzeptierten, und unser Geld zurück forderten und sagten dass wir doch nicht hier bleiben wollen, schrie er uns an wir sollen auf der Stelle verschwinden. Es entstand eine bedrohliche Situation. Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft. Unverschämt, unfreundlich und unfair im Preis.
