The room was in poor condition and significantly below the standard advertised. The air conditioning was broken, making the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom contained black mold in several locations, towels were stained, water pressure was weak, and water temperature was inconsistent. The sheets and towels were threadbare, lamps on the bedside tables were unusable because there were no nearby outlets, and the draperies had large holes. Overall, the property was shabby, dirty, and not as described on Hotels.com.
I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff, but they were rude and appeared unconcerned about the problems. No meaningful effort was made to address the situation. Neither hotels.com nor the staff would help me cancel with a refund. I was charged for 3 nights I didn't stay.

Good hotel in the right place.

I was working at the University of the West. The location of this hotel was convenient, and the breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, and had enough electric sockets. My colleague and I arrived quite late, but the staff helpfully recommended a nearby restaurant which was also very good.

spacious, modern, very well organized hotel. Triple room very spacious suite, comfortable, with kitchenet and refrigerator. Spacious, excellent bathroom with shower and bathtub!! and robes. But little light in the room, and few outlets. Very good breakfast, spacious breakfast.

Nice short holiday in Timisoara

We spent three days/two nights in this hotel. I made a reservation via the hotel web site without problem. We had a warm welcome, and ladies on the reception desk were very kind during our stay. Room ("king room" for one bed for two persons) was spacious and pretty clean. The same applies for bathroom (bring your own shampoo :), the only unpleasant thing was some odor from the bathroom.
The breakfast was very good, I don't know what I could ask more.
There is spacious parking with surveillance in the front and the back of the hotel.
The location in also good, the city center is easily accessible by foot.
All in all, I will choose this hotel again If I come to Timisoara again.
