Comfortable, clean hotel in a good location.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly friendly and will go out of their way to help (offering directions, change, arranging cleaning, arranging transportation...). The hotel is well-situated, on the main road from the airport into town. You can easily walk to the Parliament, Chez Lando, Amahoro Stadium... I will definitely stay here again when I return to Kigali.

Terrible

Booked by Exodus travel as a stay before our flight. Room looked ok but no hot water for that needed shower, only one towel and then the bathroom flooded. Lots of black moulds on the bathroom ceiling too.
Friendly staff but really not good enough.

A wonderful stay at the Beausejour

In the summer of 2022 I took a large group of people to stay at the Beausejour. We had a fantastic there. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food is tasty and plentiful. The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. They could not do enough to help us and serve us! No request was too great and they went to great lengths to ensure our visit was comfortable and successful. Several group members also enjoyed wonderful treatments at the onsite spa which were priced very competitively. I am looking forward to booking my next visit to beautiful Rwanda and will certainly stay at the Beausejour again.

The hotel staff could not be nicer. They are the best!

Very comfortable room, good food, awesome staff, very welcoming and willing to do whatever is needed, with a smile on their faces! Would certainly stay here again next time in kigali! I miss the staff already!
