Excellent hotel with good facilities,comfort and close to Masjid al-Haram
I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel accommodation is excellent with all possible facilities. Good spacious clean rooms with modern decor. Lifts were quick and available all the times. Very close to Haram. All staff are very friendly (especially Mr Abdullah) and helpful. I will give them 5 star .

Nice & Clean Budget Hotel, Ideal for Solo or Couples
It’s a nice and clean hotel. I stayed there a few weeks ago. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There are a few pro’s and con’s though.
Let’s start with the Pro’s,
~ The room size is bigger on average as compared to other budget hotels.
~ The price is very reasonable as compared to other local hotels.
~ I personally found the rooms clean and well presented.
~ There was a mini Fridge and a kettle for Tea/ Coffee with cups supplied.
~ Decent size cupboard storage.
~ The toilet was clean, of decent size and ensuite shower room of a good standard.
~ There are Three lifts (Elevators) in the hotel which help ease congestion.
~ There is Free WiFi which might not have strong signal in your room but works great in the lobby area.
~ There is plenty of seating area in the lobby.
~ There are plenty of Restaurants outside the hotel if you fancy Asian food along with corner shops for your convenience.
Now let’s look at the Con’s,
~ The reception (Front Desk) staff understand very little to none English or for the fact any other language than Arabic.
~ The hotel key card system can be tricky at times and the swipe key card stops working suddenly.
~ The hotel is about 10-15 minute walk to Haram but the issue is each way the walk consists of uphill journey so might not be suitable for families with young kids and older people.
~ I had a paid reservation but upon Arrival at the hotel I was asked to pay again so just be prepared for the unexpected (Anyhow the issue was sorted by the company I originally booked through)

Umra trip - a considerable Walk required from hotel to Haram
It was once very good hotel. However now the major minus is their shuttle service which was seldom present. Hitel is atleast 1200m from Haram. Mostly u would be walking to Haram as they have only one bus which is very rarely matching ur time.
Also due to closure of roads the shuttle drops far away. Therefore this hotel is not recommended during peak seasons.
Pros are:
Shops and restaurants in vicinty including Pakistani food.
Laundry can be done privately thru boys working there. Official they dont take laundry.
If u r going alone u can book this place.
However not recommended with elderly people.
Also due to closure of roads the shuttle drops far away. Therefore this hotel is not recommended during peak seasons.

Very good
Best of it is its location to haram (around 15min walking).. Hotel is clean.. Staff are very friendly.. Their elevators are not very well programmed so when you are going down from any floor you will have to wait some time

Enjoyable stay.
The staff we’re amazing. We stayed here for 9 nights.
Initially they gave us a room on the 8th floor and I thought wow that’s a long way up but turned out it was their best floor.
Rooms we’re clean and spacious.
It has a mosque a restaurant and a cafe.
Lots of nice takeaways very close.
Only thing was that it is abit of a walk specially with a pushchair to khana kaba (majid e Haram)
Between 25-30 mins or so.
And the wifi was abit slow.
Other than that overall a fantastic stay.
