We would return despite the negative things

We were very happy with the hotel. Very large room, small bathroom but a very large separate rain shower. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. Located next to metro station and that is practical to go almost anywhere. Also the airport. The biggest problem is unfortunately that a tunnel is being built in front of the hotel so that the other side can only be reached via the metro station and you have to pay for it every time. Take a 3-day metro pass. It's cheap, 30 SAR. The whole of Riyadh is a big traffic chaos. Roadwork is underway everywhere. We would not recommend driving yourself. We returned the car immediately. Disadvantage of the hotel is that restaurants within walking distance are difficult to find or reach
One striking thing is that the rooms are not cleaned if you stay 2 nights. No clean towels or whatever. A phenomenon that we also experienced in other hotels, unless 5 star hotel. Yet we look back on this hotel with satisfaction

Close to the Metro

I stayed for 2 nights in early February. The big advantage of this hotel is it is 30 seconds walk to Ar Rabi metro station and 20 ish minutes to the airport. The room is comfortable but had a room on the side of the hotel facing the metro station car park. The road outside is extremely busy and noisy until late and then starts up again at 4am so didn’t sleep well.
I was out all day on the first day to get back to the room at around 5pm and the room had not been serviced. Breakfast is ok with the normal buffet offer.
This is a business hotel with no frills.

Great stay

I can’t believe this is a 3 star hotel, my experience was really good.
PRO:
- Huge room.
- Well decorated.
- Friendly staff.
- Clean place.
- Free car parking area.
- lovely lobby.
CONS:
- many construction area surround the hotel, it was so noisy.

There was very noisy building work next to the hotel that went on throughout the night.
