Best apartment

From my knowledge this furnished apartments are One of the best in Riyadh it's very clean and quiet.
They have a lot of branches in Riyadh.
And They are all good.
The only problem is it's a bit expensive.

Very nice rooms

The room was really nice, the pillows were perfect! The reception was a bit strange as it was actually just a normal desk. There are no amenities such as restaurant or coffee place but there is coffee and tea in the room. We ordered breakfast from a take away next door. I would choose it again just for the room but i would be a bit hesitant as a european traveling there for business as there are nonpublic areas in the hotel to spend some time if need be. The staff was rather polite.

Clean & welcoming

There is not much to to in Riyadh, and this district is mostly residential. However, if you have any meetings or business trips around here, I recommend Rafa. The apartments are clean and well looked after. If I want to rate it, in comparision to other apartments in Riyadh (as I have been to several ones during the last six years). I would say this is one of the best in terms of cleanliness and decor. So I would say 7.5/10. Recommended.
