Very central, close to shopping and the beach. The rooms are well- kept, staff very friendly. We enjoyed the communal roof terasse. Will come back and really enjoyed the stay.

Unpretentious...

Small average hotel in the center that deserves a serious refreshment. We found a few cockroaches and the bathroom is obsolete. However, the room is clean (and the hotel in general too) and the bedding is good. Breakfast is very modest (bread is inedible, but coffee is good!). The staff is very friendly.

A Nice Room at a Good Price

La Hacienda is located in the center of the downtown area of Saly which results in easy access to banks and restaurants. The downside of the central location is the sounds from the outside world that filter in, particularly at night. On the other hand, those sounds would be there unless you stay far from the center. This usually happens only late at night and is not terrible if you wear earplugs. I enjoyed my stay there: the wifi was very reliable, the beds were firm, the room was spacious and kept clean by a good staff, there is a pool if you wish to swim, and everyone was friendly. For the money, this was a good stay. I would return.

Saly is awful. This hotel is average

Hotel was clean and affordable. They looked after my motorbike. It is located across from about 7-10 brothels, so if that's your thing...
Saly is a terrible place. It is essentially just a town for prostitution. I just wanted to go to the beach which was impossible as the second I left my hotel I was pestered by a million people trying to get me to their restaurant or whorehouse. As soon as I got rid of one, another came. Try the beaches south, Nianing, for a more relaxing time.
