A Good Place!

We stayed for two nights. Good location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and clean. Restaurant next door which is very popular.
Kind of strict on checking in and out times though. Secure luggage storage.
Terrible Towels! We would stay here again.

Loud and dynamic

Our room was quite nice, but not all of them: some have a rather strange decoration and more or less successful atmospheres. For a hostel, it remains simple and pleasant.
However, your night is likely to be hectic between traffic noises and those coming from the bar terrace just below the rooms. These noise nuisances can persist until 4am.
In short, if you are looking for comfort and tranquility, it is better to avoid this place.

Ideal for a quick visit to Celje

I enjoyed my stay at MCC Hostel as it served all my needs - it was close to the city centre and train station, the dorms were cheap (although there were no showers in the room - only stalls in a shared bathroom) and you were given free towels and lockers. The beds were really comfy and the hostel was clean. In the morning they serve breakfast from 7 a.m. so I got up early for it, but the waitress was too busy setting up breakfast so I couldn't get a cappuccino (I had to rush to the train station and no way I was serving myself instant coffee - gross). My only "real" complaint was that check-in is at 4 p.m. on Saturdays. I noticed reception stays open all day long during the week - perhaps they should switch it around so they are more available on the busiest days of the week (AKA Saturday) since I'm sure Tuesdays are pretty quiet there.

Very good

very good for young people, I use this hostel every time I am in Celje, comfortable, clean, near to the city centre, helpful staff, simple but good breakfast, good beer and coffee, I am very satisfied :-)

Nice, clean, quiet hostel in Celje center

Very, very polite and friendly staff!
I like that the single rooms are all themed. Ninja roms is the best of course.
Really liked the fact that in the single rooms there are showers in the room.
Rooms are small, but not cramped or claustrophobic. Clean.
Very close to Celje center (even by foot it's 15 minutes to the malls).
And by what I experienced (maybe I was lucky) was that it was quiet at night.
Thank you again to the friendly staff ^^
