Big recommendation!

I can only recommend this hostel! It is pretty much in the city center, got a really nice kitchen and common room. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I came there middle of the night, in desperate need of a bed and eventhough reception was closed I could stay. They really saved me, because it is almost impossible to get checked in anywhere that time in Koper, since it is a small city! Even after we checked out, we could hang in the common room. The dorms are clean and they have lockers big enough for a backpack. I had a lovely stay.
So, big recommendation and thank you so much again!

Room for two, max for one night.

Booked a room for two, which smelled like cigarette ashtray and felt like it used to be a office and now its turned into a room. Just one strong hallogen light, which penetrates thru eyes. No towels were provided. In general hostel looks in poor condition. Friendly and nice owner (i think it was), and easy check in in the bar right next door. If you want parking space you have to pay extra 10€, to get a cars for parking garage (just across the road). Plus is really good location, literally in centre, but on quite place.

General hostel..

This hostel was great to stay in, I arrived in the late afternoon and was able to get settled before heading out to the old town for dinner. They do not have secure luggage storage if you want to leave your things there during the day.
However during the day when reception was closed there were some men counting large stacks of money in the common room and then collected some drugs from under the couch cushions before leaving. A bit off putting!

Good place

We stayed just one night but was easy. Is located in the center of the town. Everything is so close just by walk. The room very clean, and have air conditioner that was very good in the hot days in Koper. The kitchen always clean and everything in orden, so many different dishes that you can make any kind of your favorite food :)
The shower and toilet clean. The stuff friendly. The check in time is from 8-12 and then from 17:00 again. If you come between time you can wait in the confortable living room, you can cook or make a walk . Nothing is problem.
We really enjoy here and highly recommend this place.

Standard, not more

We stayed one night in the dorm room. Except for one other Backpacker the only guests. The rooms are clean but all in all quite boring. The reception is empty between 12 and 5pm, which can be a bad suprise if you arrive with your backpack on a hot noon, deeply in need for Artikel shower and a place to deposit your stuff.
