A very pleasant stay

Cozy, clean and completely renovated room.
The mattress is very comfortable.
The attention at the reception has been excellent.
Located very centrally, you can walk to most of the city's points of interest in a few minutes. Surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants of all kinds.

Hotel that could be 3 stars

The hotel is located in a good place and there are streets like many bars and cafes. It can be among the best in that category, spacious and new rooms, with things deteriorated by misuse of customers mainly. Negative comments about street noise, are confirmed, is an area with the worst of the night, those that go until 6 or 7 in the morning. Being winter closed windows that are climalit and shutters lowered muffles quite the sound, the thing goes from sensitivity to the noise of each person. Luckily Bar Loita, prior fine, is closed....recommended rooms of high floors, 4th or 5th, or rear.

A key tip if you're arriving by car is to absolutely ensure you request a parking space when booking, as securing a spot otherwise might mean searching for street parking or alternative lots nearby. Location-wise, the hotel is excellently situated, providing easy access to the heart of the city center. We found the hotel to be consistently clean throughout, and the staff were notably helpful and accommodating during our stay. A simple but satisfying breakfast was available, highlighted by the option to request excellent Spanish-style coffees made fresh, which was a lovely touch. Our room itself was both spacious and clean, offering ample room to relax, and we appreciated that the windows could be opened to allow for fresh air, adding to the comfort.

Have stayed here twice a year for the ladt four years. Its clean and adequate and a perfect place to stay near the beach and in a central location. JuanPablo thevevening receptionist iscthe best!
