Excellent customer service by the receptionists (Sarah and Desiree) as well as the ladies from the cafeteria. Lovely and elegant hotel a few steps from the beach and all the Herradura venues. Highly recommended!

Been there before. Clean rooms. Minutes from the beach. Helpful staff. Breakfast for €9 is also a great deal. No complaints. My go to place to stay in La Herradura whenever I visit.

I wish many more star hotels than this (three stars) had such competent service and staff.

Nice location, just a few steps to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good hot breakfast. I paid extra for a beach view, which was blocked by trees. I selected the breakfast when I booked online and paid for it, and I was charged again at the hotel. There was no hot water for a bath, and the water temperature barely rated above "taking a cold shower". The caulking and grout in the bathroom were discolored and detached or missing in spots. I heard about the double charging for breakfast and lack of hot water from 2 other guests. I left the hotel feeling I had been taken advantage of.
