Very good experience
The place is beautiful, the room super clean and very spacious. The huge bathroom with spare Amenities, (although the rest of the toilet paper left over from the previous client could avoid putting it). Breakfast (Bread of various kinds, muffins, homemade cake, sobaos, bottle juices, natural yogurts, varied jams, cheese and York ham, coffees and infusions, freshly ordered Korans, fruit...) is not a very large buffet breakfast, rather small but with a little bit of house thing. The waiter who served us is super friendly, as well as the receptionist who called us to know what time we would arrive. Nothing bad to note, although if it did seem strange that they had no information in sight of tourist sites and that the shutters in our room were broken (still I did not see the clarity, I suppose because of the fat curtains they have) and compensates that it is well insulated from noise.

Privileged location but very deteriorated facilities
The hotel is located in a truly spectacular setting, with beautiful views that invite you to connect with nature and enjoy the rural paradise. It looks like a real open-air museum that takes you back to the past. It is rating that at the time it was a place with a lot of charm and splendor... but unfortunately, today only the memory remains.
The facilities are badly damaged, with many areas broken and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is evident from its absence, both in the rooms and in public areas. I stayed three nights and at no time did they clean the room, despite having left the sign requesting it. Amenities were lacking, there were few towels and the extra bed was so uncomfortable it looked like a torture machine.
The pool, besides being dirty, is a real danger, and to top it off, it is shared with the restaurant's customers. Literally anyone who is consuming something can use it, so there is neither intimacy nor tranquility. If you’re looking to rest, keep in mind that they usually organize events with loud music late, so forget about getting a good night’s sleep.
Small pets are allowed at no cost, which I thought was a great detail.
The breakfast is simple but complete, although on the last day I felt that they offered it as a favor and made me feel uncomfortable. Staff is scarce, but overall was friendly and helpful, with a few notable exceptions.
The campervan area is very well equipped, which adds points. On the other hand, I found the restaurant very expensive for the quality it offers, it does not justify the price.
Bottom line: a hotel that was once surely charming, but today is neglected, dirty and unmaintainable. A real shame.

Hotel with views
Reservation three nights online and called the day before arriving and confirmed the reservation of the superior room with double bed.
The next day when they arrived at the hotel at about 16:00 they did not find a spare room like the contracted one, probably because the hotel is practically full because they hold wedding banquets there and the hotel manager provided us for the same price the suite.
We realized that a bath towel was missing and when requesting one at reception they checked that they did not remain and told us that they would provide it to us as soon as they arrived from the laundry, the afternoon was passing and at 20:00 hours before leaving we again asked for it and told us the manager that we could leave quietly because they would upload it to the room, when we returned at 00:30 we checked that they did not upload it so we had to order it a third time at reception, this time if they provided it.
On our second day of stay we stayed all day and returned at 23:00 hours sweaty and tired to check with displeasure that the room had not been cleaned or the towels changed.
After going downstairs to complain to the manager he apologized and provided us with the possibility to make the room at that time and a few minutes later they raised our towels and offered us the possibility of eating in the hotel for free the next day as compensation for the incident, food that we decided not to do as we made new excursions.
Incidents aside, the hotel is comfortable, has good views being surrounded by mountains, the pool is small but enough to take a dip, it also has a pool for children.
Breakfast is reasonable and service attentive.

wedding
We went to a wedding and there was little to say because the food was not very tasty either. The worst thing was that there were a lot of guests and there were barely any waiters, the dinner went on for a long time, they worked lazily, I didn't know how to explain it but the treat seemed eternal.
