Ultimate relaxing family holiday
Perfect holiday from start to end. Lovely
hotel, immaculately cleaned. True Spanish experience. Food and drinks 10/10. Entertainment team was fantastic, especially Mario with all the sports and kids activities.
9 year old loved kids club cinema, slime experience t shirt making disco etc so much to do!
Baby club was run by the loveliest childminder (I didn’t catch your name). I stayed for an hour or so with my 2 year old whilst he played, and didn’t do the drop off. I watched you treat all the babies and children with such compassion and care, such a beautiful lady, a real credit to the hotel.
If I was being picky… there are some pool bar staff that unfortunately, did come across a bit rude. That being said, they were always very busy. Overall the staff are all lovely, polite and accommodating. They work tirelessly, and always professional.
We will definitely be back here! I will be recommending this hotel as one of the best hotels. Thank you for such a relaxing break!

Awesome hotel - Authentic Spanish experience.
Stayed here in July 2026 as a couple. This is not your traditional English tourist resort...it's more aimed at Spanish holiday makers which we were personally happy with.
The hotel is amazing and the amenities all on point.
We had a room as part of The Level upgrade and we're glad we did. It allowed us access to the Level clubroom throughout the day where we could help ourselves to free snacks and drinks (including beer), as well as a nice tapas menu between 5 and 7pm. It also gave us access to an exclusive breakfast area which was a bit quieter and had fabulous views of the estuary.
The main pool area is manic....as is the buffet restaurant so we spent most of our time in the adults only pool which was very peaceful.
The buffet restaurant itself as i said was manic. The food is nice but lacks variety. After day 4, we were starting to get bored and went elsewhere for food.
The service around the restaurants and bars wasn't great. The pool-side bar was particularly bad, we regularly waited 15/20 mins just to put our order in (even when it was quiet).
Hint: They don't speak much English, this is a hotel which caters for Spanish tourists primarily.
The surrounding area has a surprising amount to offer with plenty of bars and restaurants as well as the nearby marina where you can take a boat trip or ferry to another town.
I would definitely come back.

Thank you so much to the animators - they made our vacation!
Hotel: with its style, beautiful as a castle.
Number: small. Half of the room is en-suite and the other half is a bed. The balcony is tiny. The room has everything that's promised. Everything works. We didn't have a refrigerator working at the time of arrival, the next day it was changed with the next room - then it didn't work at the neighbors. :-D
Clean: very clean! The girl staff are good! Someone here complained they hadn't had their bed changed. Read the information in the room: you have to put "this round" on the bed - and you will change it at least every day.
Internet: Good, didn't fall off.
Location: well, the map shows the hotel on the edge, behind it is virgin. But the ocean is close, restaurants, scooter rentals and shops are also on the next street.
Beach: huge but no blue flag, no lifeguards. So watch the outflows yourself - they're very strong at low tide, albeit along the coast. It's better to swim when the tide is out or when it's not stormy.
Staff: Yeah, really not smiling. But they're friendly, fun, helpful. We trained our waiters at the restaurant - ours smiled. :-) And 5 days later they sent new ones, and again we had to start their training again.
Restaurant: It's hard to say definitively. Lots of different foods, lots of them. It was often repeated morning and evening, day after day. But from this abundance, you can choose something edible. Lots of vegetables, all fresh, delicious. It was worse with the fruit, either still green or already spoiling. Hot meals for dinner - well, for the amateur. I didn't really get it. The soup was just one, the same every day, and more like pureed flour, no flavor. But I really liked the OXN stew - really good, thank you. What's grilled is also delicious, as long as you remember to salt and season. The chef is always in the audience, accepts congratulations and wishes and very quickly fixes things for the better.
Pool bar: highly recommended. Delicious, atmospheric, pleasant. Prices are "like everywhere." What didn't like was a smoker right in the middle between the bar and the pool, all the smoke pulling into the bar - stench and perfume.
Swimming pools: very nicely divided. eat for babies with slide, eat for "swimming" and aqua aerobics. They're kind of close by, but by the big pool, we didn't hear the cheerful screams of the kids, and by the nursery, we didn't hear the screams of drunken uncles from the big pool. That's great! The adult zone is a fairy tale! Green lawns, trees, cooler than the big pool - north side. Anyone with a park view will have a view of this adult area. Very quiet and not hot. We had a pool and sea view suite, but we didn't hear the pool or the concerts. Somehow they cunningly soundproofed it - very successfully. Thank you!
There's also an indoor pool + spa. But we never went there. It's more for the cold season. It's good at sea in summer.
The gym is good. It's small, but there's everything to practice, overlooking nature. It's always open 247.
And most importantly: ANIMATORS! Thank you guys so much! Occupy babies, children and adults. Morning to evening. And sports activities, and relaxing and entertaining. When they all make it, I don't know. But for their sake we stayed in the hotel (and when we saw a small room with a non-functioning fridge, we thought to change the hotel immediately) - and we were very satisfied. Thank you SO MUCH! By the way, of sports activities they not only have standard yoga, aqua aerobics, but also unusual. Anyway, it's the first time I've seen it here: yoga on carts in the pool, running down a rubber lane on water above the pool, bikes underwater in the pool - it's fantastic! And tonight they're doing concerts, shows, circuses for us - guys are doing great! THANK YOU!

Book this hotel!
Quiet location. Hotel full predominately with Spanish. Relaxed atmosphere, really good entertainment at night. Food superb at the Mosaic restaurant. It was a buffet style. Cheese, charcuterie, salads, fresh fish and meat grilled fresh to order, fresh baked cakes, multiple deserts, gorgeous fresh fresh fruit and bread daily. A few restaurants in local
Marina and coffee shops. Boat tours available. Decent golf courses nearby. I could go on! If you want a relaxing break in a well run hotel in a beautiful location, look no further!
