Very good hotel with an unavoidable offer.

A magnificent 4 stars, with friendly, helpful and effective staff, who offered us a very reasonable price. We were a group of 55 people from ECA Getafe (Madrid). We spent three nights, Monday through Thursday. Very remarkable rooms, breakfast and Service. We recommend it to other groups.

More of a 3-star than a 4-star.

The hotel looks quite good, but the triple room left much to be desired, with little space for three people and a fairly clean bathroom, with a high bathtub. Regarding breakfast, it could be a bit more varied.
The good thing is the location, very close to the center and the academy. Additionally, there is plenty of parking space.

Good location.

I chose the hotel for its location; it is on the outskirts but very close to the historic center. I thought it would be quieter, but it is the main access to the town, and there is quite a bit of traffic. That said, parking is easy right in front.
The room was large and comfortable, although the furniture is somewhat old and not very comfortable; the bed was very comfortable. The biggest inconvenience was that the soundproofing of the windows is nonexistent; you hear the traffic as if the windows were open. Spacious bathroom.
Friendly staff. I greatly appreciate that you can pay for your stay at the hotel and when you leave.

A good choice in Ubeda

While I was surprised to arrive at 11pm and that no one was at the reception, leaving the key in the mailbox outside with the instructions for use, you see that they have it very well organized. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access and parking at the hotel door.

No Volvere

The hotel is next to the Fairgrounds, and if there is a concert you can not sleep as everything is heard and the staff of the RECEPTION hotel does not know everything, does not know anything about what happens 100 meters from your work station. We went through and could not rest as that night there was a concert at five in the morning and one of the access streets to the fairgrounds is by the facade of the hotel rooms, therefore while vacating the fairgrounds six in the morning with the consequent people shouting voices, singing and their respective cars parked next to the hotel doing wheels etc, etc. Well you can imagine the night we spent and our surprise is that there is NO one in reception who can give any explanation of what happened until the next day, just a phone to be able to call, we pay as a four star hotel and receive the Service of a pension. A real shame about what happened. I also have to say both the morning boy and the cleaning staff were friendly and empathetic to us, thanks only to you.
