Barcelona

We booked in this property which I found very clean, well organized and very functional. It is located in an area well served by public transport which is very efficient and close to shops and restaurants. Nothing was missing in the house if I really wanted to find something I would also put some coffee cups in addition to the mugs that are supplied. We had a good time to return.

Downgraded, Dirty Apartment and Still Waiting for My Refund

I would not recommend this property.
I originally booked and paid for a two-bedroom apartment. However, during my stay I was moved to a different apartment and downgraded to a one-bedroom apartment instead. This was not what I had booked or paid for.
The replacement apartment was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I had to purchase cleaning products and clean parts of the apartment myself. Dust and dirt were present on surfaces, and I found small insects in the bathroom area. I took photographs and videos of the condition of the apartment as evidence.
In addition to being downgraded to a smaller apartment, I experienced several other issues during my stay, including ongoing noise problems, an inaccessible safe, air conditioning issues that were not properly resolved, and the inconvenience of having to relocate during my holiday.
I raised these concerns during my stay and repeatedly requested assistance. Despite this, many of my concerns were not properly addressed. I incurred additional expenses and spent a significant amount of my holiday dealing with accommodation problems rather than enjoying my trip.
Following my complaint, I was informed that compensation and a refund would be provided. Booking.com later advised that a refund of €116 had been processed. However, I never received the money and have spent months trying to resolve the matter.
The most disappointing part was not just the condition of the accommodation, but the lack of accountability afterwards. Customers should receive the accommodation they book and pay for, and when serious issues arise they should be resolved fairly and promptly.
Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would encourage others to carefully consider alternative accommodation.

Group visit

Fantastic apartments for our group of eleven. Extremely clean, very comfortable and fantastic location. What stood out was the security, to enter the building, the lift/stairs and each apartment each had its own code. Just great!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat
