Casa Codina. Barcellona

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, letti comodi, wi-fi scarso, bagno funzionale con doccia grande. Assicuratevi che non vi venga assegnato l'appartamento al piano terra perché è molto buio e senza balconi....noi eravamo al primo piano .Essendo andati in un periodo freddo , di notte abbiamo dormito con le finestre chiuse ma con certezza vi assicuro che in estate ci sarà molto rumore notturno perché Casa Codina si trova in um quartiere pieno zeppo di locali movida.

Bel appartement mais peu pratique

Situé à une distance raisonnable du centre ville, nous avons loué un appartement au dernier étage de cet immeuble. La décoration est simple mais actuelle, la cuisine est équipée simplement mais dispose du nécessaire absolu. Par contre l'accès par les escaliers n'est pas simple voir compliqué avec des bagages, il y a bien un "monte charges" ou "ascenseur très spécial" mais un seul adulte avec un seul sac. La propreté était assez moyenne, il ne faut pas trop regarder la poussière sur les étagères de la chambre par exemple. Un parking à proximité, souterrain et à des prix barcelonnais. l'accueil est très bien. Petits magasins pour les courses tout près de même que des bars et une pizzeria, sans grande saveur, mais qui a le mérite d'être en face.
