Good for large groups, great location

Stayed for 2 nights at the 178 Carrer de Paris building.
Our apartment was spacious and modern, it had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a small terrace.
Location is great and management was very responsive at all times. Furniture is basic but modern and well kept.
Good value for larger groups needing multiple bedrooms.

Scam.

A ruined living room.
To stay away from this type of facility. They charged us a caseto of the frezer (which we did not know exists) 100 euros. They send a picture with all ice inside (not cleaned the frezer for months) We stayed from 02.01 to 05.01.2026 when temperatures were from hot chocolate not ice. Beware of this type of scam.

Worst

The Worst! Can't sleep. Every night until 4am, neighbor are having party and people on streets are screaming. Also, lots of noise from traffic. The building has no soundproofing.

Awful management

First we were told we could change the booking dates. Then we were told we had to go through Airbnb. Then we were told we could not change the dates
Took forever for them to respond and kept changing their mind.
This was for my 50th but me and another friend are two are key workers and can’t take holiday and another friend is clinically vulnerable so can’t travel.
We asked the changes the dates not cancel so they would have got the money.
If the answer would have been no straight away would have understood but to just not respond and then give conflicting information is just poor customer service.
Do not use them.

Für unseren Aufenthalt haben wir das Apartamento Superior 8 zugeteilt erhalten. Saubere und grosszügige Zimmer und Bäder, Küche inklusive Ausstattung, Snacks, Getränke, Kaffee. Terrasse gegen den Innenhof und grosse Dachterrasse zur freien Benutzung. Ideal für Gruppen bis 7 Personen. Parkhaus gleich gegenüber zum Sondertarif.
