The staff were incredibly helpful and excellent. All-around. Melody who prepared breakfast was particularly nice. But all of the front desk staff were kind and helpful. They did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
This is not a five-star hotel. So those who are on this app complaining about the quality need to understand the star rating system for hotels. It is however a three. Small rooms. But decent bathrooms with good water pressure. Pretty good air conditioning. Nice heavy towels.
And the rooftop pool, which is shared with the neighboring hotel, is a nice retreat after a day of walking around Barcelona. It's a small pool, the chairs are pretty beat up, and because people are animals they leave cigarette boats around, but it's a nice little pool.
I thought breakfast was excellent. Quite a selection of food. Yogurts, fruits, local dishes, cold cuts, and lots and lots of other things.

Very satisfied
Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Nearby there were many choices of good restaurants, a very clean laundromat and Aldi.

Perfect stay, absolutely recommended!
I am really enthusiastic about my stay at this hotel! The facility is very clean and well cared for in every detail.
The strengths are numerous: the staff is uniquely courteous, always welcoming and available for any need. The breakfast is super abundant and very varied, ideal for starting the day with the right energy.
Moreover, the location is excellent: it is situated in a quiet area but strategically close to the subway, making travel very easy. Considering the quality of the service provided, the value for money is truly excellent.
I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Very noisy room from the elevator shaft, was moved to another room ans was same noise, and air conditioner was not working both rooms. Do not book
