Plus - close to shops and beach, inexpensive, decent decor

Óptimo apartamento pero pésimo trato
El piso está muy bien en todo y la relación coste-calidad es de 10.
La única nota negativa pero, para mí, fundamental va al personal de la recepción. Quiénes nos atendio fueron dos: una señora que carece increíblemente en modales y profesionalidad, un chico con más experiencia pero completamente disinteresado a colmar las faltas de la otra.
Al contrario la chica que vino a revisar el apartamento fue muy profesional y sobre todo educada.
Sinceramente no sé si volveré a repetir...
Soy un profesional del sector turístico y sé que la atención al cliente es ante todo vocacional e igual que importante al producto que se ofrece.
Por favor, personas no actúas dedicaros a otro oficio!!!

Это наш первый опыт проживания в апартаментах. Выбрали эти апартаменты в рамках пакетного тура от Coral Travel, как самые дешевые. Ресепшен и сами апартаменты находятся рядом, но в разных зданиях. Ресепшен работает не круглосуточно. Нас заселили без проблем в 9 вечера, но мы разговаривали с людьми, которые бронировали сами и прилетели ночью, дозвониться они не смогли, и ждали 8 часов пока хоть кто-то появится на ресепшен.
Скорее по причине нашего пакетного тура, а не самостоятельного бронирования, постельное белье и полотенца нам были предоставлены без дополнительной платы.
Из плюсов:
- нас семью из 2 взрослых и ребенка заселили в номер рассчитанный на 6 человек, было 3 спальни, гостиная, кухня,туалет, 2 балкона.
- вся техника была рабочая: холодильник, плита газовая, духовка электрическая, микроволновка, телевизор, стиральная машина, вентилятор;
- много посуды: тарелки, столовые приборы, штопор, кружки, ножницы, сковороды и кастрюли, ковшик;
- был предоставлен наборчик из средства и губки для мытья посуды, швабра и ведро;
- лифт.
Из минусов:
- отличная слышимость всех соседей и улицы даже с закрытыми окнами, слышно каждое слово соседей. Раз в 3 дня и по выходным сильный шум из спорт бара;
- двуспальная кровать жутко скрипела, матрасы плохие - просто из поролона. Подушки тоже не очень удобные;
- сковородки и кастрюли были с сильно поцарапанным антипригарным покрытием, пришлось купить новую сковородку;
- wi-fi только платный.
Еще для комфортного проживания нам пришлось купить бельевую веревку - натянули на балконе сушить белье и зажигалку для плиты.

Decepciona nada más entrar el el apartamento. Armarios estropeados, mobiliario deficiente, iluminación nula, ventilación escasamente, la limpieza no es su fuerte.
Para pasar una noche sin mirar a fondo puede que vale la pena. Eso sí, siendo una zona donde están los discobares y zona de jaleo nocturno. No lo recomiendo mucho.

Onze beoordeling heeft dezelfde uitslag als de zwangerschapstest die we vonden...
Dat was namelijk negatief. We hebben genoten van Blanes en de omgeving, het strand, de restaurants etc. waren dik genieten! Het appartement was een ander verhaal; men neme een een kapotte douchedeur, kozijn, tafel, lamp, bed, bank en kapotte buitenlamp. Lakens waren bevlekt, stoelen vies en de stroom viel af en toe uit (wel romantisch, dat dan weer wel). Ergens las ik een recensie dat het appartement je bevalt als je niets verwacht, en dat klopt als een bus. Voordelen van het appartement (ja die zijn er ook); de wasmachine, prima koelkast en vriezer, dichtbij het strand en bij diverse winkels. Er staat dat wifi gratis is, maar dat is niet waar. Je moet 5,- per dag betalen of 15,- voor 1 week. Ons advies als je houdt van een hygienisch appartement: kijk vooral even verder.
