Apartment very cozy, clean and with excellent location.

A very well located apartment in the center of Caceres, very clean, well equipped, good distribution and very comfortable bed.
One stick I would put on it is the lack of a curtain on the balcony that lets the light through, but otherwise, very well.

good study

Good studio, it has everything you need for a good stay, kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. And it is in a very good location, right in the center of everything and there are several bars right next door, so we have a very comfortable stay. The treatment of the staff is very good and welcoming.

Great value

This hotel is in a great location, within easy walking of the centre. The room we had was fir 4 people and was osacious with kitchen area, dining table, tv, fridge and aircon. Beds were very comfortable and the ehole room was very clean. Great value fir money

Location, Location, Location!

This is a fantastic gem of a hotel/apartment bang center of the old city for only $51 a night.
Newly done up and it has a kitchenette, bedroom area, sitting area and two french balconies.
If we're ever back in Caseres, we'll definitely be back! I absolutely love it!!!

Useful base for one night

The apartment was very difficult to find as has been stated by other reviewers, a tip - the staff at the hotel you can park at are very helpful [Hotel Don Manuel]. The receptionist, a young man, actually called the contact number for me so we could arrange collection of the keys.
The car park attendant was so helpful and lovely. I had left a book on the roof of the car and next morning there he was waving my book at me so we did not drive off without it - such a kind, kind person.
The apartment was very small and was more like a studio. There was however a separate bedroom with a good sized bed and a good sized bathroom off.
I guess my criticism would be the 'lounge area' was very tiny essentially not a lounge. The position of the 'lounge seating' was at right angles to the wall mounted TV so one would have had to sit at the 'kitchen table' to catch up on such as world news without hurting one's neck.
The kitchen area, within the lounge area was so squeezed in that apart from making a drink one could do little else. Basic resources such as glasses and a cork screw were not provided yet the number of plates and dishes were far in excess of what the apartment could accommodate.
The location did however give easy access to a very vibrant town square - it was absolutely buzzing [on a Saturday night]. The noise did go on to 0500 however this did not stop us sleeping - I am a very light sleeper. The next morning was also buzzing with families. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend a stopover at Carceres on the way through Spain. A lovely, lovely place and people.
Next time, on initial impressions and depending on TA reviews I would choose to stay somewhere like the Hotel Don Manuel.
