Ideal to get to know the area.

The impressive surroundings, especially the Canfranc international station. Ideal for nature lovers. The house meets expectations with a succulent breakfast and very well located. The host goes out of his way to take care of the customers.

Stopover

Booked as a one night stopover on the way down further into Spain. Lovely location and good value for money. Breakfast of ham, cheese, cake and biscuits along with coffee and juice. Enough to start the day. My Spanish is very limited though the proprietor spoke a little English so no problems.

Little gem

This was our second visit to Canfranc and La Cabana. The Welcome we received made us feel immediately at home. The cooking has been delegated to the owners son but he has been taught well and even extended the menu. Will this be our last visit? No definitely not.

What a find !!

We stayed here on our way back from Murcia. Found it on internet and as we wanted to stay right by the border so we had a good start the next day thought we would give it a shot. When we saw the outside we were very apprehensive, but, we were pleasantly surprised when we went inside.
The welcome was good and the room clean and of a good size.Don't know if they speak English or not as we both speak reasonable Spanish. From what we gleaned it is possible they have a little English as at least the owner came out with some English words now and again.
As the main road is very close we thought it would be noisey, but, no very quiet. A good nights sleep was had.
The owner also cooks at dinner we had a fish dish and it was excellent.
The breakfast was excellent.
All this including drinks and food for 53 euros what a bargain.
Stay again you betcha!!

Excepcional.

Ha sido la mejor idea venir aquí. La casa, el trato y el desayuno, todo de 10, a nada le puedo puntuar menos.
Las habitaciones tienen lo esencial y se está súper Agusto, además de tener un estilo precioso; el desayuno completo y exquisito, y German, ahí para todo lo que necesites.
Calidad precio estupenda.
