Sitio genial y natural

Algo difícil de encontrar muchos caminos y senderos y el viaje algo pesado pero el sitio es precioso , merece mucho la pena ,vistas a las montañas y la naturaleza y cerca del pueblo de castril que es precioso,la habitación muy rural como si fuese un cortijo pero con mucho encanto me encantaría repetir.

Bad experience.

Bad experience. I hired a family room (two rooms) through their website and when I arrived, after two hours of driving and with a girl, they charge me what the family member cost and try to endorse a double. When protesting they tell me that there are no more relatives, that it was a mistake of the search engine that gave them overbooking.
I tell them that how do we solve it and they tell me that nothing happens (?), that they return my money and that’s it, that sometimes it happens (???). In an isolated place and after the trip and in the middle of August. And that's where the complaint comes from, they just call those on their website so that it doesn't happen in the future and us no solution, just money back and write them off. We ask for the claim book and are told that it is not mandatory to have it physically(???) Let's do it online. So this is our experience. Zero Capacity (in covers) to improvise a solution before a client who has gone there and been left at the door.

Retiro quase perfeito!

A piscina é simplesmente fantástica e a localização, perfeita. O restaurante oferece bons pratos a preço acessível para quem não queria fazer alguns kms até ao restaurante mais próximo e é um espaço equipado com DAE, o que pessoalmente considero uma demonstração de preocupação séria sobre a saúde de quem o visita. A melhorar... recolher o pequeno almoço antes da hora de encerramento... pareceu que não queriam que comecemos mais!! Vale muito a pena a visita, num retiro quase perfeito... até por tudo o que tem para viver à volta.

4-daagse trip met een groep van 38 pensionados

Het hotel is midden in de natuur gelegen, met fantastisch mooie vergezichten. Goede prijs, grote kamers, ruime badkamers, het personeel was heel attent en heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heel goed. Het menu was heerlijk en overdadig. Een aanrader!

Estancia ideal para desconectar

Hotel situado en plena naturaleza, mi habitación tenía vistas a la piscina y el embalse. Las vistas desde la piscina ideales. La atención del personal inmejorable, tanto del personal de recepción como del personal del restaurante.
